The 'Scream' star will release 'Dive' as the next single from his 2012 album.

Usher has confirmed the next single to be released from his current album 'Looking 4 Myself' will be 'Dive'.

The 'Climax' singer announced the news on his official website, alongside the single's official artwork and a link for fans to listen to the popular album track.

Usher also hinted at the upcoming release in several cryptic tweets on his official Twitter page yesterday evening (21st August).

Next month will see Usher return to the UK to kick off this year's iTunes Festival 2012 with a performance at the Camden Roundhouse in London on 1st September.

The R&B star has been taking some time off for the past several weeks after a tragic holiday accident led to the death of Usher's 11 year-old stepson Kyle Glover towards the end of July.

Usher released 'Looking 4 Myself' earlier this year, scoring his fourth consecutive number one album in the US, which has spawned a string of successful singles including 'Climax', 'Scream' and 'Lemme See'.
