The Wanted Debut US Album To Feature Brand New Songs

The 'Warzone' singer's first American release will also be made up of songs from their first two UK records.

The Wanted's debut US album will feature brand new tracks as well as songs from their first two UK releases, Capital FM can exclusively reveal.

The 'Lightning' stars unveiled the album cover of the self-titled record yesterday (14th March) which they will be releasing in America on 24th April and told Capital that there will be new music on their American release.

The band had teased plans of new tracks last week with Max professing they had recorded their "best song" yet although no full official tracklisting has been confirmed by the band as of yet.

Meanwhile, their hit single 'Glad You Came' recently achieved platinum status after shifting over one million copies in the US and the band will head back across the pond later this month for a performance of the track on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.
