The band admitted they can't wait to watch the games as they play for 80,000 fans in Hyde Park, London.

The Wanted admitted they couldn't wait to experience the atmosphere at the Olympic Torch Relay Finale presented by Coca-Cola in London tonight (26th July).

The group delivered a hit-filled set on the outdoor stage in Hyde Park, which began with 'All Time Low' – a song that celebrated its two-year anniversary this week.

The group took to the stage after the London 2012 Olympic Torch made its arrival at the event to light the ceremonial cauldron. Mayor of London Boris Johnson who welcomed the Torch's arrival on stage.

The Wanted's set also included the recent single 'Chasing The Sun', which seemed particularly poignant as night fell on what has been a sweltering day, and a medley of Coldplay songs.

Speaking to Capital FM ahead of their performance, Jay McGuiness admitted the group had been "gripped" by Olympic fever.

"It's gripped us really hard and it refuses to let go," he said.

"For a while now we've been involved with Coca-Cola and the Torch. We got the chance to run with it and it's all climaxing right now.
