The 'I Found You' singers were seen heading out from Los Angeles fresh from Nathan's recent throat troubles.

The Wanted were spotted flying out to New York City over the weekend fresh from band member Nathan Sykes' surgery on his throat.

The 'Glad You Came' singers announced last week that 20 year-old Nathan would be forced to take an "unforeseen hiatus' from the band while he recovers from surgery to repair a haemorrhaging vocal cord.

The rest of the band are expected to continue fulfilling their commitments around the world despite Nathan's absence, and band members Tom Parker and Max George were pictured outside Los Angeles International Airport at the weekend.

"So nice to see all you fans at the airport!!.... Still all beautiful and bonkers!! X," Max tweeted after the band's arrival in the Big Apple, while Tom added: "Arrived in NYC to a great welcome. Thanks to everyone that came to the airport x"

Nathan tweeted fans after leaving the hospital following surgery on Friday (19th April) to let them know he is OK, but admitted he has been missing home over the past week.

Last week saw the 'I Found You' five-piece announce the official premiere date for their upcoming reality series.

The Wanted Life is set to begin airing on 2nd June on E! in America.
