The Wanted performed an intimate gig at JFK airport earlier today in the US (23rd August).

The 'Chasing The Sun' stars arrived at the New York City airport during their current trip stateside to promote their recent US EP 'The Wanted'.

Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Nathan Sykes, Jay McGuiness and Tom Parke were greeted by a legion of excited fans for the surprise concert, held at the airport's Terminal 5 and sponsored by JetBlue.

The airline flew out a grow of ticketed customers as well as a large number of contest winners for the acoustic even, which saw The Wanted performing songs like 'Glad You Came' and 'Lightning'.

"Amazing gig at the @JetBlue terminal… now off to Syracuse for the State Fair… gonna try deep fried Snickers!" the band tweeted after the event this week.
