The 'All Fired Up singer admits she is seeing a chiropractor to help after the accident.
The Saturdays star Frankie Sandford has revealed she injured herself on a recent snowboarding trip.
The 'Notorious' singer took to her Twitter account yesterday (8th January) to express that she has been struggling to walk since a fall on the slopes earlier in the week.
"After the falls at snowboarding I have spent the last few days unable to walk properly. Sit comfortably and being pretty much helpless," she tweeted.
Shortly after her post she explained that she would be seeking medical assistance with her recovery.
She wrote: "So... Now I can walk without needing a nice young man to help me. Chiropractor tomorrow! Ermmmm im scared. Not gonna lie! Lol"
The singer joins a host of recent musical casualties including Jason Derulo who was forced to cancel his worldwide tour after fracturing his neck and Aston Merrygold who revealed he is hasving physio on a knew injury.
Frankie went on to add that she is determined to get better at the sport and thinks she and Aston would make a clumsy pair.
"still not giving up it's far too much fun! And the outfits are gloriously colourful and cosy! Lol. Aston and I would not be a great team!Lol," she went on to add.
