Taylor Swift Takes Fitness Advice From Gwyneth Paltrow?

The '22' singer is said to be keen to follow Gwyneth's strict fitness regime and work with her trainer.

Taylor Swift has reportedly taken Gwyneth Paltrow's advice and hired celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson to help keep her in shape.

The 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' singer is said to be "so happy" after listening to the Iron Man 3 star, who was recently named the world's most beautiful woman, and wants to emulate her success with her own figure.

"She wants strong curves the way Gwyneth has," a source told Heat magazine, regarding Taylor's fitness ambitions. "Taylor's really dedicated.

"If Tracy isn't available, she works out with one of Tracy's trainers at her home four to five days a week, and when she's on the road she does it via Skype," the source explained. "She does 45 minutes of cardio dancing and an hour of Pilates toning and training.

"Her body confidence has never been higher and she's so happy she took Gwyneth's advice about working out with Tracy."

The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer is currently out on tour across North America on her 'Red' jaunt, which sees UK singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran as her support act.
