The '22' singer says Ed has been great at giving her advice about her love life.
Taylor Swift has revealed that 'Red' tour mate Ed Sheeran has given her some of her best relationship advice about love.
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' singer, who is close friends with the 'Lego House' star, says he once explained his views on love that "really resonated" with her.
"I think that you can love people without it being the great love," Taylor revealed to InStyle magazine this month. "Ed said something that really resonated with me. He says there are different kinds of love.
"There's physical attraction, mental attrition and emotional attraction, there's also comfort and obsession," Taylor explained. "You need to have all those things in one person.
You have to mentally respect them, be physically attracted and have a comfort level. You're obsessed with them, yet you also know they're going to stay," she added. "I've never had that in one person."
Earlier this month Taylor unveiled a video behind the scenes on her 'Red' tour, which included a special duet between her and Ed.
Ed Sheeran is currently working on new music with an expected release date of February 2014.
