The '22' singer's parents rented the property for 14 years before moving to Nashville.

Taylor Swift's childhood home has been put up for sale and is already expected to be sold very soon.

Century 21 Gold agent Lisa Tiger revealed that the six-bedroom property is currently in contract and "expected to close this month", reports the Belfast Telegraph.

The home boasts a grand staircase and a sun-filled study where the star played guitar, according to the $799,500 listing.

Her parents rented the home for 14 years before all moving to Nashville to pursue Taylor's music career.

Meanwhile, the singer has her own mansion in Rhode Island, and was recently seen close by paddleboarding with good friend Ed Sheeran.

Taylor is currently on the road with her 'Red' world tour and has already started work on her next album.

Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine this past week, it was also revealed how she chipped one of her teeth on stage recently.
