Selena Gomez Breaks Down In Tears In The Trailer For Her NEW Film Rudderless

Looks like another cinema tear-jerker is on the way with our favourite pop star on the bill.

Get those tissues at the ready… Selena Gomez stars in a brand new tear-jerker and the first trailer has just arrived!

The 'Come & Get It' superstar will be back on the big screen later this year in a new film called Rudderless, where she plays a bereaved girlfriend called Kate.

Selena will be sharing the screen with the likes of Billy Crudup and Felicity Huffman in the movie, directed by William H. Macy, about a father who turns to music to deal with the tragic death of his son.

The US star crops up a couple of times in the new trailer, in particular in an emotional scene at the funeral of her boyfriend… and if this is anything to go by more than a few people will be leaving the cinema with tears in their eyes come autumn!

The film looks totally different to Selena's other big movie, Behaving Badly, after the film's latest trailer showed her being taken away in handcuffs. Way to spread those acting chops Ms. Gomez!

Rudderless drops in cinemas from 17th October.
