Robbie Williams To Perform On The X Factor This Weekend

The Take That star will perform his brand new song 'Candy' on the programme.

Robbie Williams is set to perform on The X Factor this weekend.

The Take That star will play new single 'Candy' on ITV1 show on Sunday (28th October). Fun. will also appear on the programme.

Robbie's new song is released on Sunday and is the first single to be taken from his forthcoming album 'Take The Crown'.

The singer's latest studio album has been produced alongside his Take That band mate Gary Barlow, who is also a judge on The X Factor.

"After the Take That reunion – a busman's holiday, a break from my career which re-energised me in many, many ways – I wanted to come back with a massive solo album," Robbie said in an official statement.

"My main priority was to write what I consider, and hopefully what the world would consider, to be hits. I’m very excited."

Robbie recently revealed that he was a fan of The X Factor and particularly Rylan Clark.
