The 'Where Have You been' star leaves hotel the traditional way just hour after a fire scare at the building.

Rihanna was all smiles as she left her London hotel yesterday (27th June) – just hours after being evacuated because of a fire scare.

The 'We Found Love' star joined the growing list of celebrities to endorse the current fashion trend of tuxedos, rocking an all-red design complete with pink detailing.

RiRi completed her outfit with a pair of white brogue heels.

The star looked happy despite being evacuated from her hotel along with dozens of fellow guests just after 6am when a fire alarm was set off.

Public relations manager of the hotel, Clare Durnford told Capitalfm.com that, despite not being a serious incident, it was hotel policy to evacuate all guests from the building.

"At approximately 6.30am, one of the service elevator motors at Corinthia Hotel London burnt out," she confessed. "There was a slight discharge of smoke and because of our robust fire management policy, the alarms were activated and a full evacuation of the building was carried out.

"As a matter of procedure, the fire brigade were called to carry out full safety checks throughout the building. All guests were safely accounted for and were allowed back into the hotel soon after 7am."

RiRi had initially revealed that she was evacuated in a post on Twitter, suggesting in her message that a fire had started in a TV.
This was later ruled out by staff.

Meanwhile, the star took to the social-networking website again yesterday to post a picture of her posing with fashion designer Henry Holland.

Alongside the picture of them together, RiRi wrote: "Me and my lover boy."

Rihanna is currently enjoying an extended visit to the UK ahead of her appearance at the Wireless Festival in London next month.

The singer recently released her new single 'Where Have You Been', which is taken from her latest album 'Talk That Talk'.
