It’s one pop queen covering another pop queen – Rihanna’s version of Madonna’s ‘Vogue’ has surfaced online.
We love a celebrity covering another star’s song, and Rihanna covering this Madonna classic is definitely our new favourite!
The audio for RiRi singing ‘Vogue’ has only just appeared online but was originally recorded back in 2008.
Rihanna recorded the studio version of the track to use as a guide track for her live performance at Fashion Rocks! in 2008.
Although it was recorded six years ago, you can definitely tell Rihanna’s distinctive vocals on the Madonna classic – and a little new Rihanna audio is always needed to tide us over for the meantime…
There’s still been no word about when Rihanna’s elusive eighth album, ‘R8’, will be dropping but it is expected to be released later this year. Come on RiRi, we can't take the suspense any longer!
