The 'Diamonds' singer and her ex-boyfriend are said to have spent around nine hours in the studio together.

Rihanna and Chris Brown have sparked fresh speculation about a new collaboration after being pictured together leaving the same recording studio after a late night session.

The 'We Found Love' singer recently teamed up with 'Turn Up The Music' singer Chris on the song 'Nobody's Business' from her album 'Unapologetic', but pictures of the two emerged this week hinting at a potential new team-up.

Rihanna and Chris are said to have spent around nine hours together in the same West Hollywood recording studio on Thursday evening (17th January), before leaving separately and taking separate cars away at around 4am.

The 'Where Have You Been' singer was pictured leaving the studio in a green maxi-dress under an oversized camouflage patterned coat, while wearing her hair long and down.

'Don't Wake Me Up' singer Chris opted for a red quilted jacket, black jeans and Converse shoes along with a logo baseball cap.

Rihanna caused further speculation about the pair's relationship this week when she unveiled the artwork for her new single 'Stay', which is widely rumoured to feature Chris Brown on the cover.

Chris Brown is currently working on his sixth studio album 'Carpe Diem', which follows last year's release 'Fortune'.

Rihanna was recently confirmed for a performance at the Grammy Awards 2013, where she is nominated in a number of categories, while she is set to launch her 'Diamonds' world tour with a show in New York on 8th March.
