In an interview recently, RiRi described her character as just "one of the guys", and also revealed the film has inspired her to seek out more acting roles.
The 'We Found Love' singer called the experience of filming the big-budget sci-fi epic "super fun" and praised both the writing and concept behind her character.
"I got to play a really cool character," Rihanna told Access Hollywood. "She's one of the guys, which is kind of a little close to my real lifestyle."
Battleship is due to be released on 11th April.
