The 'We Found Love' singer admits she enjoyed going back to the start and attempting a new challenge for her first acting role.

Rihanna has confessed that she enjoyed the opportunity to try something new and start from the beginning as she took her first leap into the acting world with her starring role in the new blockbuster movie Battleship

The 'Talk That Talk' star told Capital FM that the project was on a bigger scale then anything she had previously attempted and is looking forward to more role in the future as they will always be different.

She said: "It's a project that's on a much bigger scale. It's a project that I'm not directing so it's good to start over and be amateur and start to learn something new from scratch and I think that's why I really enjoyed it – because it was brand new.

"And it will be brand new every time because it's a different role every time. Every time you place someone else, a different character. So, I think I'll enjoy it."

The star also opened up on her plans to branch out into comedy and admitted she would love the chance to work alongside Seth Rogan in a future release.

Meanwhile, the Bajan star is recently unveiled the cover artwork to her new single 'Where Have You Been'.
