The 'Kiss The Stars' singer chats about possibility of scooping BRITs nod.

Pixie Lott has told Capital FM it would be "amazing" if she was nominated for this year's BRIT Awards.

The 'Young Foolish Happy' star, who was in contention for an award two years ago, said she was a big fan of the event.

"It would be amazing. A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to be nominated -I was over the moon," she said.

"It was a great experience just to be there and I always love being at the awards and going to the parties."

The nominations for the BRITs will be announced later today (12^th January) – so keep it Capital to find out the full list.

The ceremony for this year's BRIT Awards will take place at London's O2 Arena on 21^st February.
