One Direction star Harry Styles has issued a special Valentine's Day message to all of his fans through Capital FM.

The 'Live While We're Young' singer, who is the most followed member of the band on Twitter, shared a special message to tell fans he hopes they enjoy today's (14th February) romantic holiday whatever they are up to.

Harry is currently up in the North of England preparing for One Direction's new 'Take Me Home' world tour , with the band furiously rehearsing for the show in recent weeks.

"This is Harry Styles from One Direction and I hope you're having a lovely Valentine's Day!" Harry says to fans in the clip. "Have a good day, bye!"

The boy band star had cause to celebrate today after it was announced that One Direction are up for both Favourite Song and Favourite Group at theNickelodean Kids' Choice Awards 2013 next month in Los Angeles.

One Direction will perform their new single 'One Way Or Another' live at the BRIT Awards 2013 next week (20th February) before kicking off the 'Take Me Home' tour at London's O2 Arena on 23rd February.
