One Direction Fans "In Love" With 'Best Song Ever' After First Play On Capital FM - Audio

The 'Little Things' five-piece's brand new single received its first play on the Capital FM airwaves this afternoon.

One Direction's new single 'Best Song Ever' received its first play on Capital FM this afternoon (19th July) and fans have been taking to Twitter to hail the new track as "amazing".

The 'Live While We're Young' five-piece have been teasing fans with sneak previews of the song's music video all week, and finally gave the song its first full play on the Capital FM airwaves today.

Band member Liam Payne was on hand to introduce the song with Rich Clarke and Kat Shoob from the Vodafone Big Top 40, and Twitter exploded soon after the first play with comments from the group's millions of fans.

This week has seen a number of teaser trailers for the 'Best Song Ever' music video, as each band member takes on a new identity for the promo including unusual outfits, wigs and hair dos.

Yesterday's teaser featured Harry Styles dressed up as a character called Marcel the marketing guy, including a geek-style outfit and glasses as well as straightened slicked back hair.

One Direction officially release 'Best Song Ever' on 22nd July with the video dropping a day later on 23rd July.
