The 'Dance With Me Tonight' star tells Capital that he would consider the position if he was offered the role.

Olly Murs has said he would like the opportunity to be a judge on The X Factor.

The 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer, who currently presents The Xtra Factor, admitted he would consider the role if a position became available on the panel next year.

"I'd love it. I'd love to give it a go," he told Capital Breakfast.

The X Factor judges are currently Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostvlos, Kelly Rowland and Louis Walsh, although reports in recent weeks have cast speculation over the future of more than one panel member.

Meanwhile, Olly has explained in a new interview his love of skinny trousers and blamed them on creating his trouser bulge.

'Dance With Me Tonight' is due to be released on 20th November.

The single will be followed a week later (28th November) by the release of his new album 'In Case You Didn't Know'. The star is also performing at this year's Jingle Bell Ball.
