The former Oasis man is apparently being lined-up by Simon Cowell in a "name your price" deal.
Noel Gallagher has once again reportedly been approached by Simon Cowell to join The X Factor as a judge on the show for £2 million.
The 'Live Forever' star was first linked with a position on the series back in 2011 but hit out at likelihood of him ever appearing on the reality show.
"Simon is determined to get Noel on board," a source told The Sun. "He sees him as his natural replacement as the real alpha male on the panel."
The insider continued: "He thinks Noel would be ideal, with his music knowledge, straight-talking and rapier wit."
It is also claimed that Noel's daughter Anais is a huge fan of the show and is encouraging her dad to get on board.
When Noel was asked about appearing on the show two years ago, he said: "You know I can only take three into the final, and this is the toughest decision I've ever had to make. I left Oasis, but that was nothing compared to this."
Meanwhile, Noel was recently involved in a war of words with Scottish singer Emeli Sande after he said she made "music for grannies".
The 'Next To Me' star hit back with a Twitter picture of an elderly lady holding her middle finger up.
