Both judges want the 'Written In The Stars' rapper to help them when the show returns next week.
Nicole Scherzinger and Tulisa Contostavlos both want to use Tinie Tempah as a mentor on The X Factor, according to reports.
Earlier this week, it was rumoured that the 'Pass Out' star would act as an assistant to Nicole on the judge's houses episode of the show.
The Sun said Tinie was top of the former Pussycat Doll star's wish list as she has been handed the male category on the latest series of the hit music reality show.
But now the newspaper reports that Tulisa also wants to work with Tinie on the latest series of the show.
"The bitching could begin before the show airs," a source said.
The X Factor is due to return to TV screens next Saturday (18th August) and will see new judge Nicole join Tulisa, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh.
Tinie is currently finishing up work on his second album 'Demonstration'.
The 'Written In The Stars' rapper told Capital earlier this year that the record will feature collaborations with the likes of Dizzee Rascal and Calvin Harris.
