The 'We Can't Stop' singer unveils an album cover seemingly inspired by shows like Miami Vice.

Miley Cyrus has unveiled the official artwork for her brand new album 'Bangerz'.

The 'We Can't Stop' singer is preparing to drop the record in October and continued to tease her new album by revealing the eighties inspired artwork on Twitter this weekend.

"You know the vintage YSL don't stay on for long #bangerz #october8," Miley tweeted alongside the cover, which sees the US star facing away from the camera wearing only a black trench coat.

The 'Bangerz' album artwork evokes imagery of the eighties with it's neon-lighting signs, palm trees and faded out background.
