The 'How We Do' rapper says he can't wait for people to hear the track from upcoming record 'Jesus Piece'.

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has recorded a collaboration for The Game's upcoming concept album 'Jesus Piece'.

The 'Moves Like Jagger' man's team-up will surprise fans, according to the US rapper who says it's a real "dope" track.

"When everybody hears the Adam Levine record, I think they gonna go crazy," he told Rolling Stone. "I want that to hit people in the face.

"It's a real dope record."

The rapper also revealed that almost all of his collaborations on the album were recorded together with the artists in the studio, as appose to sending a series of emails.

"About 75 percent of the features were in-studio," he explained. "That's the type of artist I've always been. I definitely prefer to be in-studio versus sending emails. You just don't get the vibe."

The Game's new album 'Jesus Piece' is also expected to feature team-ups with the likes of Chris Brown, Kanye West and Master P and is scheduled for release later this year.

Meanwhile, Maroon 5 are preparing to release new single 'Daylight' and have called upon their fans to help them out with the music video for the track.
