The 'Daylight' singer has bought himself a near $5 million pad in Beverly Hills.

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has upgraded to a brand new luxury home in Los Angeles after selling off his $3.5 million bachelor pad in the city.

The 'Moves Like Jagger' star, who recently confirmed he is dating Sports Illustrated model Nina Agdal, has reportedly sold off the house he bought for $3.2 million back in 2005 for a $300,000 profit.

According to Real Estalker, Adam had the house renovated by famous interior designer Mark Haddaway and sold it off in favour of buying a brand new pad for himself.

The 'Payphone' singer has now splashed out $4.83 million on a new ranch-style residence in a gated Beverly Hills enclosure with over 6000 square-foot of space for him to enjoy.
