The 'Seven Nation Army' singer says he hasn't been able to stop smiling since launching his single.

Marcus Collins has thanked his fans for their support following the release of his first single as a recording solo artist.

The X Factor runner-up launched his debut single today (4th March), a cover of The White Stripes' popular track 'Seven Nation Army'.

"Well guys TODAYS THE DAY! My first solo single 7nation army is available to download! ..Get it while it's hot!! Haha x," Marcus tweeted earlier today.

"I love everyone who is supporting me," he added. "I haven't spotted smiling since I woke up! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart x."

Marcus will follow the release of 'Seven Nation Army' by launching his first studio album 'Marcus Collins' on 12th March.
