Lily does Britney

Ahead of the release of her new album, Lily has been teasing us with a new track, a cover of Britney Spears' 'Womanizer'.

The song was debuted by Mark Ronson and, in her MySpace blog, Lily says he was supposed to "talk all over it so it wouldn't get ripped", but Ronson played the song in the full and, of course, it ended up going global on the Internet.

Lily's rendition of Britney's Top 10 hit is a much more mellow version than the original, with much less use of auto-tune and vocoder, laid over a gentle piano and guitar-based track.

Her new album, 'It's Not Me, It's You' is due to be released in February and is preceded by the single, 'The Fear', which you can hear on 95.8 Capital FM.

Have a listen to Lily's version of 'Womanizer' and let us know what you think...
