The 'Collide' singer's new EP will also feature covers of Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows.

Leona Lewis has covered Nine Inch Nails' song 'Hurt' for her new EP.

The 'Bleeding Love' singer also tackles Goo Goo Dolls' 'Iris' and Counting Crows' 'Colourblind' on the EP, which precedes her forthcoming 2012 third studio album.

'Hurt' was famously covered by Johnny Cash for his 2002 album 'American IV: The Man Comes Around'.

The former X Factor winner had originally intended to release her new album 'Glassheart' this year but has now scheduled a March release date.

Clips of the songs from the EP emerged online earlier today but were quickly removed.

The 'Hurt' EP was released earlier today (9th December).
