Lawson Unveil 'Standing In The Dark' Second Trailer For New Music Video

'When She Was Mine' singer Andy Brown is seen alone in an empty room in the trailer for their new single.

Lawson have released a second music video teaser ahead of premiering the video for their latest single 'Standing In The Dark'.

The 'Taking Over Me' four-piece are preparing to release their third single this October, and uploaded a new moody teaser trailer online yesterday evening (18th September).

"Good night guys… Hope you enjoyed the 2nd video teaser! Here it is for you ;)," Bassist Ryan Fletcher tweeted. "FULL VIDEO COMING VERY SOON!"

The new trailer sees singer Andy Brown sat alone in a room while looking pensive on the edge of an empty bed, as a group of dark storm clouds as seen moving over a cityscape.

Lawson have also teased plans for their upcoming 'Hometowns' UK tour, which will see them perform across each of their home cities before playing a final show at London's KOKO venue.

"Just finished tour rehearsal. Sounding BIG!" Andy tweeted, while drummer Adam Pitts added: "Rehearsal time! Time to get the new songs ready for tour!!"

One Direction star Niall Horan recently praised 'Standing In The Dark' after hearing it for the first time earlier this month, describing the band's follow-up to 'Taking Over Me' as a "big" song.

Lawson will release new single 'Standing In The Dark' on 14th October followed by their debut album 'Chapman Square' on 22nd October.
