The 'When She Was Mine' singers' new single received its first play today on Capital to a positive reception.
Lawson's brand new single 'Taking Over Me' has been hailed as a definite "summer hit" by the band's fans, following its first play on Capital FM this morning (20th June).
The four-piece aired their second single this morning on Capital Breakfast, which was described as "amazing" and "incredible" by fans on the social networking site.
"@CapitalOfficial I love it :) its definitely a #SummerHit & a #RoadTripHit," user BeckyIrene tweeted today after the first play, while Miss_Giggles simply posted: "@CapitalOfficial that was awesome. #TAKINGOVERME."
Twitter user KatyandAmmarah wrote: "IT"S INCREDIBLE!! THE #GEESE ARE PROUD OF OUR BOYS! @LawsonOfficial @LawsonAdam @LawsonRyan @LawsonAndy @LawsonJoel xxx."
JessicaaaJ_ox revealed she "blooming loves" the band's latest single 'Taking Over Me', and said it had cheer her up after hearing it for the first time this morning.
LauraSykes96 added: "Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Its going to be taking over me and ill be playing it on repeat today!"
The track follows Lawson's first single 'When She Was Mine', which was released last month and gave them a huge hit on the Vodafone Big Top 40.
Lawson are set to officially release new single 'Taking Over Me' on 29th July.
