The 'Taking Over Me' band performed the first of several live shows in Manchester this week.
Lawson kicked off their 'Chapman Square' UK tour last night with an "incredible" show in Manchester.
The 'Standing In The Dark' four-piece launched their new headline tour at the Manchester Academy on Thursday evening (21st February), and hailed fans after the concert for making it a show to remember.
"Manchester that was incredible!" singer Andy Brown tweeted after the show, before adding: "Thanks for all the amazing comments about last night. Can’t wait to do it all over again tonight!"
"What a way to start the tour, this is going to be incredible… Get to do it all again tomorrow!!! Loved it," guitarist Joel Peat also posted.

Earlier this month, fresh from playing a number of shows in North America, the 'Learn To Love Again' band admitted it is their aim to try and follow in the footsteps of Ed Sheeran by cracking the US in 2013.
Lawson's 'Chapman Square' UK tour continues tonight (22nd February) with a second show in Manchester before heading on for performances in Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Sheffield and London, among other cities.
