Lady Gaga's New 'ARTPOP' Song Rumoured To Be Called 'Applause'?

Fans have been speculating about the single's title after a cryptic image was posted on LittleMonsters.com.

Lady Gaga's new single is rumoured to be named 'Applause' after a picture was posted online hinting a the song title.

The 'Marry The Night' singer's close friend and make-up artist Tara Savelo is seen working on a small poster in a newly emerged picture from Gaga's social networking website LittleMonsters.com.

The main image is covered up but the word 'Applause' is clearly visible at the top of the picture, while the post itself is captioned as '26 days' hinting at a potential reference to the recently confirmed release date of Gaga's new single this August.

Earlier this week Gaga made a rare comment online when she revealed she has handed over the finished version of her album to her record label, admitting it is a "scary thing" to revisit your personal pain.

Gaga went on to tell fans she is now "ready to fight" and to "start the music", just one week after confirming release dates for both her new single and third studio album.

Lady Gaga returns with her new single, which may or may not be called 'Applause' on 19th August with her album 'ARTPOP' following on 11th November.
