The 'You & I' singer wore the identical gown worn by the Bewitched actress during a visit to Versace headquarters.

Lady Gaga was pictured out in Milan this week wearing the safety pin dress made famous by Liz Hurley way back in 1994.

The 'Marry The Night' singer arrived in Italy at the start of this week to continue her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour, and during her stay was spotted wearing an identical version of the infamous Versace dress.

Actress Liz Hurley memorably wore the gown while accompanying then boyfriend Hugh Grant to the premiere of Four Weddings And A Funeral back in 1994, making headlines across the world as a result.

The black low-cut dress features a split up to Gaga's thigh and is held together across the seams by gold safety pins, showing off a lot of the 'You & I' star's midriff in the process.

During her stay in Milan Lady Gaga was also pictured meeting up with Versace boss Donatella Versace for dinner and the two were also seen sharing a kiss for a photo opportunity on the balcony of the fashion brand's headquarters.

Earlier this week Lady Gaga tweeted fans to say she had seen actress Rebel Wilson's impromptu cover of 'The Edge Of Glory' on Monday night's The Jay Leno Show and had "peed" her pants laughing at the surprise rendition.
