Lady Gaga is now part owner of a New York restaurant.
She has spent some of her recent earnings on becoming a part owner of Vince & Eddie's, in Manhattan's Upper West Side.
Her parents, Joe and Cynthia Germanotta, have also become partners in the business, which opened in 1989.
However, she has apparently decided to be a silent partner in the Italian-American establishment, keeping her involvement in decision-making to a minimum.
GaGa's mother explained to W magazine: "When she's in town she likes to come here with her friends because it's very homey and private. She'll come here on her time off."
