The 'You & I' singer wore a casual outfit as she prepared to leave the UK capital for Europe.
Lady Gaga showed off her new head tattoo yesterday in central London as she prepared to leave for Holland ready for a series of shows out in Amsterdam.
The 'Born This Way' singer arrived back in the UK over the weekend ready to help launch Philip Treacy's London Fashion Week catwalk show, and was spotted leaving the Dorchester Hotel yesterday daytime (17th September) with her hair tied up to show off her latest body art on the back of her head.
While launching her first fragrance Fame last week in New York Gaga had a tattoo of a cherub inked onto the back of her head live on stage in front of those attending the event.
Gaga wore a multi-coloured tiered skirt and a loose off the shoulder t-shirt emblazoned with the logo 'Climate Revolution' as she left ready to fly out to Holland, paired with some floral patterned boots, a hand bag and Ray Ban sunglasses.

At the London Fashion Week show for Philip Treacy's event Lady Gaga helped launch the catwalk show and was pictured wearing a variety of eye-catching outfits including a hot pink cloak and a coat adorned with fur pelts.
Gaga's Fashion Week experience in London also saw her honour the late Michael Jackson by wearing several of his trademark stage costume pieces.
Lady Gaga continues her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour tonight (18th Septmeber) with a second consecutive show at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.
