Lady Gaga Engaged Rumours Are "False", Says Source Close To Star

The 'Marry The Night' singer sparked controversy by posing for a picture wearing an engagement ring.

Lady Gaga is not engaged to rumoured boyfriend Taylor Kinney a source close to the star has revealed.

The 'Bad Romance' star caused worldwide debate on the internet after a picture was posted by photographer Terry Richardson showing the singer wearing an engagement ring.

The accompanying caption also read: "Gaga showing off her new engagement ring!"

The singer has never confirmed a relationship with Taylor despite media reports of an apparent recent break-up.

Gaga is currently on her worldwide 'Born This Way Ball' world tour which will head to the UK later this year with a couple of dates at Twickenham stadium as well as the Manchester Arena.

The star also posed for a picture with the famous fashion photographer on the latest leg of her jaunt last week.
