Lady Gaga for Bond song?

Lady Gaga's being tipped as one of the favourites to record the theme song for the new James Bond movie.

Yes, Bond is back.

There were doubts over Bond's future when the film, the third starring Daniel Craig (following Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace) was put on hold last year. EON Productions blamed the financial difficulties of MGM Studios for the hiatus.

The new owners of MGM and producers Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli have confirmed Bond will return on November 9, 2012.
Craig said last year that he had "every confidence" in the producers and that he was looking forward to resuming work "as quickly as possible".

This will be the 23rd Bond film, Sam Mendes will direct.

Another star who could be in the running to record the theme song is Michael Buble.
