The 'You & I' singer is said to be top of producers wish list for a role in the comedy film.

Lady Gaga is reportedly set to be offered a role in the highly anticipated Zoolander sequel by Hollywood star Ben Stiller.

New reports suggest the 'Marry The Night' singer is "top" of producers' wish-list to take on a major role in the upcoming comedy film, although she has yet to comment herself on the rumours.

"Gaga is top of their wish list," a source said, reports The Sun. "She has the talent and attitude - and an amazing sense of humour!"

Back in January last year Stiller confirmed he had already completed the script for his sequel to the 2001 dark comedy.

The Meet The Parents star memorably reprised his role as Derek Elijah Zoolander for an episode of Saturday Night Live one year ago.

'You & I' singer Lady Gaga is currently taking a short break from her 2012 world tour, but admitted this week that she was missing her fans and being out on the road.
