The 'Born This Way' star was the big winner in the outfit stakes in Belfast.

Lady Gaga has revealed that all of her outfits at last night's MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) were made from paper.

The 'Judas' singer dominated the ceremony in Belfast, taking home four awards, including Best Song and Best Video for 'Born This Way'.

Lady Gaga impressed both on stage and on the pink carpet with her outfits, one of which featured a shield that covered her entire face.

Speaking to Capital FM's Showbiz reporter Kevin Hughes, Lady Gaga said: "I was dressed by the studio of Paco Rabanne – a very famous designer.

"Every outfit was made entirely of paper. It was inspired by the idea of the paper moon because there was a moon on stage tonight."

Lady Gaga also told Capital FM that she felt "really overwhelmed" by her wins at the EMA.

"Every time I make a new record or write a new song I start from the bottom up again," she said. "I never anticipate or perceive that anything will come to me easily."

The ceremony in Northern Ireland also marked the first time Lady Gaga had performed 'Marry The Night' live in Europe.
