The 'Commander' singer says she is too busy with The X Factor and her music to find time for a relationship.
Kelly Rowland says she hasn't had time to look for romance since starting her judging role on The X Factor earlier this year.
The 'Down For Whatever' singer also admits she worries about being too "high maintenance" for a relationship while she is so focused on her solo music career.
"I haven't even had time to look at a bloke recently," Kelly told The Sun this week. "But it's so much work that it's just better to be drowned in work sometimes."
Kelly lists being respectful, funny and having goals as her three main criteria for a potential love interest, but says any potential suitors would have to be able to deal with her "bossy" nature.
"I'm high maintenance," she admitted. "I know I am a lot to take because I'm very bossy, very self-sufficient and a control freak.
"Who wants to digest that? I'm very smart and I hold great conversations so I want someone to be able to bounce off that."
Kelly is expected to perform with finalist Amelia Lily at The X Factor live final on Sunday 11th December at London's Wembley Arena.
