Katy Perry reveals fitness regime

Katy Perry has revealed how she keeps fit whilst on tour.

Speaking with Rich Clarke, Perry revealed that on top of the psychically demanding two hour show itself, she also works out every other day.

The singer does a mixture of weight training and skipping to keep fit.

The ‘California Dreams’ tour will see Katy perform 14 shows across the UK before returning for a second leg in October.
