The couple were spotted out together in the capital ahead of the star's upcoming Summertime Ball 2012 performance.
Katy Perry was pictured out with Florence & The Machine Guitarist Robert Ackroyd last night (6th June) as they partied together in East London.
The 'I Kissed A Girl' singer had arrived in the capital earlier in the day ahead of her upcoming appearance at Capital FM's Summertime Ball 2012 on Saturday (9th June) and met up with the musician.
The pair caused a media frenzy when they were spotted together at the Coachella Festival 2012 earlier this year igniting rumours of an apparent relationship – although neither party has confirmed these reports.
The star wore a stylish green dress and had her long purple locks on show as she first arrived at The Dove pub in Hackney before heading to a warehouse party, reports the Daily Mail.

The American star will be performing at the Summertime Ball for the second time this weekend taking to the same stage as the likes of Justin Bieber, Jessie J, Usher, Ed Sheeran and The Wanted at the event.
The star is also set to release her 3D concert movie this summer and recently explained that she will reveal all on her marriage breakdown to comedian Russell Brand in a "tasteful" manner.
A new clip for the film was also unveiled this week which sees an 18-year-old Katy speaking with her religious parents about performing on TV for the first time.
