The 'I Kissed A Girl' star will make her first live TV appearance since her split from husband Russell Brand.
Katy Perry has been confirmed to perform at the Grammy Awards 2012 this month.
The 'California Gurls' star will be making her first live public appearance since she split from husband Russell Brand.
The singer has already taken to the stage since her marriage breakdown to the British comedian, however, this will be the first time she has apperead at a major music event since the divorce announcement at the end of last year.
Coldplay frontman Chris Martin's wife and Holywood actress Gwyneth Paltrow has also been announced as one of the presenters on the night.
Meanwhile, Adele confirmed her appearance at the ceremony via her Twitter account yesterday (31st January) and will be making her live return since undergoing throat surgery last November.
Katy is also up for two awards on the night as her hit 'Firework' is nominated for 'Record Of The Year' and 'Best Pop Solo Performance'.
The 54th Grammy Awards 2012 are due to take place in Los Angeles on 12th February 2012.
