Justin Timberlake has quoted a famous line from Martin Luther King, Jr. as he revealed sources of inspiration for his forthcoming new album 'The 20/20 Experience'.

The 'Cry Me A River' singer took to his Twitter account as the US celebrated Martin Luther King, Jr. Day yesterday (21st January).

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that --MLK Jr. #Inspiration," he wrote.

The former N*Sync actor announced his return to music earlier this month and unveiled his comeback single 'Suit & Tie', which features rapper Jay-Z.

The singer's new album has seen him once again team up with longtime collaborator Timbaland and is expected to be released later this year.

Justin has also joined forces with Beyonce for a track on the female star's next album.

Meanwhile, the singer and actor is also set to appear alongside Ben Affleck in the new film Runner, Runner in 2013.
