Justin Timberlake And Jay-Z Launch 'Legends Of The Summer' Tour In Toronto

The 'Mirrors' singer hooked up with 'Holy Grail' rapper Jay-Z to kick off the North American jaunt.

Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z kicked off their joint 'Legends Of The Summer' tour in North America last night (17th July).

The 'Suit & Tie' singer and '99 Problems' rapper Jay-Z launched their latest venture in front of 45,000 people at Toronto's Rogers Center on Wednesday in Canada.

The performers took turns teaming up to help each other out with their respective hits, as well as having their own lengthy solo segments, in a show that lasted around two and a half hours in total.

Jay-Z, who was performing fresh from scoring his 13th number one on the US Billboard Top 200, thrilled the audience with hits like 'Holy Grail', 'Tom Ford' and '99 Problems'.

'Mirrors' singer Justin performed hits like 'Let The Groove Get In' from his latest album as well as fan-favourites like 'Rock Your Body' and 'Cry Me A River'.

The two stars were backed throughout the performance by a 15-piece jazz band throughout the show.

Justin Timberlake unveiled his brand new song 'Take Back The Night' last week, which will serve as the lead release from the second volume of 'The 20/20 Experience', due out 30th September.
