The 'Boyfriend' star has hit a new milestone on the file sharing site fresh from his latest VEVO record.

Justin Bieber has become the first ever person to reach three million views on file sharing site YouTube.

The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer hit the new milestone following the success of his latest promo release, 'Beauty And A Beat', reports Starcount¹s social media leaderboard.

His latest video broke One Direction's most views in 24 hours record after his Nicki Minaj promo was viewed 10.6 million times in one day.

The Canadian star's latest achievement comes almost one year after he became the first person to hit two billion views on the site.

'Beauty And A Beat' has since hit 43 million views in its first week, which helped push the star to his latest landmark.

Rihanna overtook Lady Gaga as the most viewed female star earlier this year after heading past the two billion mark.

Gaga's social presence continues to dominate however, after she hit the 30 million followers mark on Twitter last month.
