The 'Boyfriend' star's track received high praise from Will.i.am after he heard it first hand calling it "dope".
Justin Bieber has written and produced a new song for inclusion on Selena Gomez's upcoming new studio album, according to Will.i.am.
The 'This Is Love' star told Canada's New Music Live that he had heard the song for himself and was impressed with what the teen star penned.
"He taps me on the shoulder... 'Yo, I want to show you this song I produced and wrote I'm really excited about it because it's one of the first songs I produced by myself'," he recalled from the conversation between the two.
"The song was dope," he added. "He was like, 'Yeah, I wrote it for Selena. It's great.' And it was really awesome. It was, like, really, really dope."
Selena recently admitted she wouldn't be writing any songs for her next record about her relationship with the teen star.
