The Hollywood star admits he's a big fan of the Canadian singer but wasn't taking any style tips in his latest film.

Ben Affleck has confessed he wasn't trying to emulate Justin Bieber's hairstyle in his new movie Argo.

The 'As Long As You Love Me' singer's famous locks were compared to that of the Hollywood star in the upcoming film by some media sources, but speaking to CBS, Ben admitted that although he is a fan of the Canadian, the style was not intentional.

"About halfway through growing it out the tabloids said that I was trying to be Justin Bieber, " he admitted. "I am a big fan of Justin Bieber's, but I was not trying to emulate his haircut.

"It was a bad mid-point there. I feel like I got it down. I felt like I was more of a Kurt Russell in Escape From New York vibe."

Back in 2011, it was revealed that Justin had the most influential haircut of the year and David Beckham also revealed his son Cruz likes to copy the looks of the 'Boyfriend' singer.
