As JLS announce details of their new single 'Hottest Girl In The World', Capital takes a look at just why we are so excited for the return of the former X Factor stars.
The band came back with a bullet when they unveiled 'Hottest Girl In The World'. The track will be released at the end of October and drove fans wild on Twitter after the first play on capital. It's been described as having elements of Justin Timberlake and features soaring vocals from the boys. One thing's for sure it's one of the hottest tracks in the world right now.
When the band were first questioned as to the style of their fourth album, they promised a return to their roots. "We've been in the studio with people like Darkchild and we've kind of gone back to new jack swing, and R 'n' B on the album. It's very exciting," revealed Oritse back in March.
Those suffering from post Olympic Tom Daley abs syndrome will love that the 'One Shot' stars are back. Whether he's on stage or relaxing off set (as seen here) Aston knows how to get everyone's pulses racing as we all enjoy any chance for a glimpse of his impressive physique.
The band's live shows never fail to impress, with acrobatic moves to rival the Cirque du Soleil. Their sets always feature a customary Aston back-flip and many an awe-inspiring moment. They keep their energy levels so high that they can even take part in press-up competitions during songs, as was the case at the recent iTunes Festival 2012. Picture: iTunes
We've had the single announcement, the album release date and fans are eagerly awaiting the next chance to see the group on tour. The band dazzled during their '4th Dimension' UK dates earlier this year and they also played several open-air venues across the country this summer.
No Christmas celebration would be complete with out Aston, JB, Marvin and Oritse. It might be a long way off but we can still be pleased with the fact that we can tuck into our Christmas pudding listening to 'Hottest Girl In The World'.
The 'Take A Chance On Me' singer recently tied the knot and turned Rochelle from Wiseman to Humes with a star-studded celebration earlier this summer. We can't wait to see how married life influences the group's music. Picture: Twitter
The always expressive Oritse is the king of swag and loves to throw the word around as much as Kobe Bryant loves to throw a ball into a hoop. Whether it's on Twitter or in interviews, we can't help but smile when we hear Oritse turn up the swag!
When Marvin Humes spoke to Capital recently he couldn't contain his excitement at the group's imminent release of new album 'Evolution. He admitted: "You know what, this whole new album 'Evolution' is kind of like a new rebirth of JLS."
Aston Merrygold is not content with showing off his own moves in the band, he's now helping search for the freshest new dancing talent replacing Adam Garcia on Sky 1's Got To Dance. It all means even more Aston to feast your eyes on!
The band confessed to writing over 100 new songs before settling on the final tracklisting for their new album. Could there be secret tracks, exciting new b-sides or even another album on it's way. We're sure to be kept on our toes and will enjoy the ride. Picture: iTunes
As well as friendly rivalry with their fellow former X Factor boy band mates, the similar release dates of both acts albums means nothing but great news for fans. 'Evolution' will hit shelves on 5th November with One Direction's 'Take Me Home' following the next week. It's time to crack open the piggy bank and get ready to hear a big thank you from your ears.
The band were keen followers of the London 2012 Olympic Games and are pictured here alongside Team GB star Louis Smith. Tom Daley has already been linked with the Girls Aloud reunion show - could Louis be joining Team JLS? Picture: Twitter
Back in April, the boys teased plans for a future collaboration with Canadian rapper Drake. They have since kept quiet on the rumours. Could 'Evolution' pack even more surprises than expected or does the future still hold the opportunity for one of the greatest ever team ups?
The high fling singer always seems to up his game with every live show and keeps fans on their feet with his customary back-flip. He's shown off his moves during live interviews and with the return of the band, it's time to get your camera phones at the ready and capture a mid air moment to make your year.
