The 'She Makes Me Wanna' singers have hailed Gary as an "icon" of the UK.

JLS have revealed they would love to collaborate with Gary Barlow one day and think the Take That frontman deserves a knighthood.

'She Makes Me Wanna' singer Marvin Humes says the X Factor UK judge has become an "icon" of the UK, and the band have their "fingers crossed" for a team-up down the road.

"He's an icon of this country now," Marvin exclusively told Capital FM. "No doubt he's going to be a sir one day, along the lines of Sir Elton John and Tom Jones.

"Gary is an incredible artist, incredible musician, incredible songwriter and we would love to collaborate with him one day and fingers crossed that will happen," he added. "He deserves all the credit that he gets and he's a incredible man."

The 'Take A Chance On Me' singer is currently promoting the band's brand new album 'Evolution', which was released at the start of this week.
